That History Bloke – Ancient Egyptians

Year 3 were visited by Richard – ‘That History Bloke’ and we learned all about the Ancient Egyptians. We found out about the Pharaohs and how they were embalmed and mummified when they died. We also learned about the afterlife, Egyptian gods and life in Ancient Egypt. We used bamboo to make pens and then tried to write our names in hieroglyphics. A huge thank you to Richard for a fantastic day when we learned lots and had fun.
