Closing Our Jubilee Year: Pilgrims of Hope

To bring the Jubilee Year – Pilgrims of Hope – to a meaningful close, our whole school gathered together for a special Celebration of the Word. It was a beautiful moment of unity, reflection, and gratitude, as we looked back on the journey we have shared throughout the year.

Each class created their own Angels of Hope, carefully crafted with messages, prayers and symbols that represented faith, kindness and the hope we carry into the future. Alongside this, we worked together on a collaborative piece of art, reminding us that when we create side by side, we grow closer as a community and strengthen the bonds that unite us.

These angels will now be sent out into our parish community, spreading joy and encouragement to those who receive them.

This final celebration reminded us that hope is something we build together—through our actions, our creativity, and the way we uplift others. As our Angels of Hope travel beyond our school, we pray that they bring comfort, inspiration and a reminder of God's love to all who encounter them.

What a special way to end our Jubilee journey.
