This week in Geography, 6RH turned detectives to solve the murder of Chico Mendes, a rubber tapper from Brazil, well known for his fight against the destruction of the rainforest and his determination to protect the land he loved. Pupils had to sort through the evidence, clue cards and the backgrounds of each suspect in order to create a police report and to feed back to the class.
