In Year 6 we started by having a go at building circuits using various components. Then we looked at Hannah’s hypotheses – Adding more cells to a circuit will increase the brightness of a bulb. We made predictions then built a circuit to see whether our predictions were correct. We made it a fair test by using the same components in the circuit and just adding cells to observe the effect on the brightness of the bulb. It was very interesting and good fun too!
