Mrs DiMambro LOVES a custard cream, but are they the best sandwich biscuit for dunking?

We explored a variety of layered biscuits of different shape, size and structure, e.g. Bourbon, Custard Cream, Jammy Dodger, and compare these with non-sandwich style biscuits - Hobnob, Digestive, Rich Tea.  

We discovered that a rich tea, a single layered biscuit, was the best biscuit for dunking.
