Celebrating the 30th year of British Science week, our topic was time so we went on a mission to see which biscuit was the best dunker.

Who do you think won?

First off, we dunked for 10 seconds then 20, 30, 40 and finally 50 seconds. We discovered that Rich Tea were the best biscuit for dunking lasting for up to a massive 50 seconds without crumbling!

When we looked at our results, we noticed a link between sugar and fat content and how dunkable the biscuits were. We discovered that the less fat and sugar, the more sustainable a dunker it was.

We all enjoyed the afternoon and had a dunking good time!
